Porto da Cruz, a beautiful place to visit on the north Coast of Madeira Island.

A cosy little village,that has the sea to the north and the mountains to the south.

You can stay in friendly hotels with good restaurants nearby.

You can walk  by the  sea, swim, surf or enjoy a levada walk in the nearby surrounding areas.

Fishing by the coast is also an option.

There’s a sugar cane mill, which is still operating, and produces an amazing  “aguardente” (a sort of brandy).

Go to the north coast of Madeira and fall in love.
